11 Months at Carowinds

So this isn't Will looking his happiest, but in all the pictures that he was smiling he was looking sideway. He did have great 11 month birthday though. It was Nucor day at Carowinds, a local amusement park by Charlotte. Part of the park in in North Carolina and part of it is in South Carolina. Anyhow since it was Nucor day my sister Lynsee and her family, myself and Will, as well as some friends from our ward, headed off to Carowinds.

Will could only ride the carousal, so here he is with mom on the horse.

About half way throught the ride he was done with the horse, so we just sat on the seats.

During the afternoon we headed over to the water park. Again Will is acting like he is mad, but he was actually having a blast splashing in the kiddie pool.

After Carowinds, everyone was very exhausted so we headed for home. Then Will went to the laundry basket, one of his new favorite places to play.

So just to update Will's 11 month accomplishments. He is now a pro at cruising around furniture (no walking yet). Still no teeth, but I have several friends tell me that their kids didn't get them till around 13-14 months, so we still have hope. He talks all the time, well babbles anyway. He is so much fun to have around. Tommorrow we are off to Boston to go see Dad. It worked out well that it will be over Father's Day.
